Strategy


By revamping the ad account structure and optimizing the integration between Meta’s backend and the SellIt™ website, we achieved peak efficiency in account design and improved data feedback to Meta.

After a deep dive into the campaigns themselves, we uncovered significant overlap in targeted audiences, which was causing the algorithm to bid against itself by targeting the same groups repeatedly.

We then took the ad copy in a new direction by emphasize compelling, transformative, and future-focused language, making the ads more effective and impactful for the audience.

In 2024, Meta selected Ryan Serhant to showcase the power of their lead generation tools—a testament to both his influence in the real estate industry and the performance of his paid media strategy.


Since taking over Ryan’s campaigns in April 2023, my focus has been on refining and optimizing the way we approach lead generation. With a combination of strategic targeting, creative iteration, and ongoing optimization, we transformed his campaigns into a true engine for growth.


Seeing Meta run a sponsored ad featuring Ryan —validating the impact of their platform—was a surreal moment. Meta doesn’t put their name behind just anyone, and while Ryan’s leadership made him a natural choice, the results we achieved through our paid media strategy undoubtedly played a role in that decision.


This recognition reinforced something I’ve always believed: When you focus on doing great work, it has a way of opening doors you never expected.
